Sr. J2EE Software Engineer

Job Description

We are a leading provider of software solutions to retailers located in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY.  We are seeking experienced Java Software Engineers to join our team.  Our solution provides multi-channel order management, ecommerce, POS, fulfillment, inventory and warehouse management in a complete and integrated package delivered in a Software as a Service delivery model.

Position Summary

We are seeking web application developers (GlassFish / JBOSS / WebLogic) to participate in the re-architecture and implementation of our ecommerce platform currently written in PHP.  This is an exciting position, we are taking a successful platform and expanding upon it with J2EE technologies, specifically, JMS & MDB to make it better scale to the enterprise.  This is a chance to shine and gain enterprise experience while working with a fantastic team.

Requirements

• Strong Java / J2EE experience
• Experience with JMS / MDB (Message Driven Beans)
• MySQL / Postgres experience
• Exposure to PHP

Education/Experience

• 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology Field or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred)
